PHA/EPC 3RD ANNUAL SOCIAL

WHEN: Noon – 4PM, Sunday, May 31st, 2026,

LOCATION: the Tennis Court, located just North of 314 Panoramic Way. PLEASE enter through the tennis court gate, at the northeast corner of the court, approximately 50 feet north of 314 Panoramic Way.

FOOD AND DRINK: BYO (potluck)

Some refreshments will be provided, but, food and drink is BYO. The gas BBQ will be available, so feel free to bring something to throw on the grill. ice, coolers, some tables and chairs, cups, napkins, paper plates and utensils, as well as limited garbage, recycling and green waste (compost) collection bins will also be available. (Compost includes used paper plates.)

PLEASE take any leftover (food and drink) home with you. The PHA/EPC volunteers are not equipped to handle leftovers. We really appreciate it; and means a lot less work for the volunteers.

MUSIC: “The Out of Town Couple” Leslie and Roger, will again be performing, 1pm to 3:30pm

ACTIVITIES FOR KIDS: PH neighbor Sarah Bade will provide activities for children so parents can devote more time to socializing! However, we do ask that parents keep an eye on their children.
